Our Night Vision Kit, when used with one of our bumper pull style Hitch Up Mirrors, will make it easy to line up your hitch ball and trailer coupler, even in a pitch black campground! In fact, I've found it's even easier than hooking up in broad daylight. We use ultraviolet LEDs to illuminate three inch diameter glow-in-the-dark discs. The discs are positioned directly over the hitch ball and coupler. So, what you see in your Hitch Up Mirror is two glowing discs. As you back up, you steer the discs together, until they appear as one disc. You're done! Set your parking brake, take your tow vehicle out of gear, drop your trailer down and go.
